In 1970 a very valuable bureaucrat named Özer Türk was appointed as the governor of Muğla. In 1971 he founded Ak-tur Corporate Company. Under the name of the company structure in question he plans a site in Bodrum and Datça.
Between 1975 – 1981, he completed the construction of 1275 in Datça and 633 houses in Bodrum. Then, he completes the work on the apart facilities.
Beginning of the establishment all the owners of the houses become shareholders of the Ak-tur Company. Income from leasing and tourism activities, while providing the needs of Aktur on the one hand, at the same time allows to develop itself and to make new investments.
